Shipping Policy
SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (ie Monday – Saturday). Some orders, such as customized/personalized orders, or pre-order items, may take longer ( 7 to 10 ) days. ‘We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.

We Ship via Bluedart, Fedex, E-Com Express, Delhivery, Amazon, Xpressbees, Shadow-Fax and Speed post for all domestic pincodes via our shipping aggregator Shiprocket. You will be notified via E-mail and Message once your order ships from our warehouse with a Tracking Number. You will also be notified when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area.

While we cannot provide any guarantees on behalf of third party logistics firms, we will send you an email and SMS when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. We will also constantly follow up on your behalf with the logistics firms towards ensuring that your item is delivered to you at the earliest. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you are facing any issues with the receipt of your parcel.

Return Policy
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return Policy: We does not accept returns. Exchanges can be made and accepted if the order is damaged in transit or received a different product. In this case the client has to Courier us back the product with original packaging and bill from their side. As currently we don't have pick up facilities available.
Keep all items (Including the Invoice) in a package. Please be sure that all items that are to be exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
We are not liable for any EXCHANGE that we were not notified within same day of receiving the product and the courier has to be done in a day.

NO EXCHANGE WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.

Package refused by recipient.

Sizing issues. Thus please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.

Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones, so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.

If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.

Sale products will not be exchanged or refunded.
WE DO NOT HAVE MONEY REFUND POLICY IN ANY CASE. IF APPROVED FOR EXCHANGE BY TEAM SOHAN JEWELLERS, IN CASE SAME PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE CLIENT CAN CHOOSE ANY OTHER PRODUCT OF SAME AMOUNT OR ABOVE BY PAYING DIFFERENCE AMOUNT.
Exchange Policy : Any special case of Exchange if approved by Team Sohan Jewellers the courier charges has to be borne by Customer and the new product will be dispatched only after receiving the original product. In case of any SIZE ISSUES we don't do exchange so please check sizes accordingly in the size charts before placing the order.

Cancellation of Orders If any suspicious or fraudulent orders are detected, we reserve the right to cancel any such past, pending or future orders without any liability.
The Gold and Silver prices are not constant and they change according to international laws so our prices will vary accordingly.
Abhisha Silver strongly recommend that you read these ‘Terms And Conditions” and also read all the information contained on the site in other pages referred to in its document.
We are not responsible for any product which is broken or damaged after it is received and signed by the recipients, we will be held responsible for damaged pieces or lost pieces during transit.
The returns and refunds will also limited to only the damaged or defective pieces. Once the order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled or the client has to mail us on sohanjewellersbjnr@gmail.com or whatsapp us on +91 9867333220 and when parcel will reach us again than only the amount will be refunded.
